 Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to us, unopened in their original packaging and within 10 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 20 days of purchase.  Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.  Returns for any other reason must be arranged for before sending back or no refund will be offered.  There is no refund for custom or special orders, but a discount maybe offered in special circumstances.  If you have ordered the incorrect size and want to exchange you may do this but the courier fee both ways is to be paid by you the buyer.

New Zealand Delivery

When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include your post code. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address. A courier is used for all town and city and rural deliveries. Please allow two to three working days for your order to arrive and up to 4 days for Rural.

Note: "Working days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

  

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. (You are cover under New Zealand - Privacy Act 1993:)

We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by a securerd payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
